Customizing an Axtell Puppet is non-exclusive and are not returnable or refundable.
Stock puppet characters are sold with the non-exclusive right for use in live performances,
and media.
LIABILITY is Limited to the repair or replacement of products.
Satisfaction GUARANTEED on non customized products-If returned unused within two weeks for
refund of purchase price less shipping.
Axtell puppets cannot be used or modified for third
party products or animatronics.

Custom Puppets
Axtell Expressions, Inc. custom puppets are made to the highest possible standards known. As all custom work is experimental there is no warranty expressed or implied. No refunds will be issued once work is started. Guarantee is limited to the delivery of the items the buyer has ordered, pre-approved and paid for prior to shipping. Repairs and modifications to custom puppets can be made at additional cost to the buyer. Axtell retains the right to photograph and publish our work on custom puppets. Axtell non-exclusive puppets cannot be used or modified for third party products or robotics.
Copyrights to EXCLUSIVE characters belong to the buyer after purchase. Molds remain the property of Axtell Expressions, Inc. and will be reproduced only for the original copyright owner. These rights apply only to Axtell EXCLUSIVE custom puppets, and do not apply to our line of stock puppets that have been customized or to new custom characters that are NON-EXCLUSIVE.

Hands-Free puppets are made to the highest possible standards known and are sold with the non-exclusive right for use in live performances, on promotional or commercial media such as DVD, TV and the web. RETURN POLICY – Deposits required to begin work are non-refundable. Any customization VOIDS the return policy. WARRANTY – 90 days warranty on skins, mechanical parts and labor (shipping to be paid by customer). Electronics are 1 year. After the warranty period all repairs will be at the customer’s expense.
