Two different AxTrax concepts to choose from!
These are all professional routines, music and sound effects. All produced by Axtell Entertainment. Each of the puppet routines contains a complete routine including sound effects and music as well as the character’s voice. (You use your own voice to speak during the routine!)
Non-ventriloquists: If you are not a ventriloquist – AxTrax puppet routines will help you entertain with our puppets! Just learn your lines – and perform your part live – interacting with the prerecorded routines! The characters’ voice is on the recording. You learn your lines by listening to the rehearsal track and reading the script. Then you perform with the performance track, which does NOT have your voice on it – only the puppet’s voice! You use your own voice on stage and interact with the recording while performing the puppet’s movements!
For Ventriloquists too! We have put all the music and sound effects separately on each CD as well, so you can perform these great routines by using all your own voices!
Our NEW “AxTrax Wide-Open” puppet routines have 5 character voice choices on each routine to choose from, and are not specific to any puppet. They are general comedy and you can use most any Axtell puppet with AxTrax Wide-Open routines! Questions? Email us!

These routines are not specific to a bird puppet, or a human puppet etc. These routines are “wide-open” to work with almost any character in our catalog! There is no reference to the puppet’s looks, species or sex…just a very funny routine between you and the puppet. They focus on situation comedy that is broad enough to be able to include almost any character that will fit any one of our 5 pre-recorded voices. If you can’t find a voice match for your puppet in the 5 available, or already have a character voice you do, our AxTrax Wide Open music & sound effects are available seperately for you to produce your own recording in your own character voice! The possible solutions are endless..

Need Help Downloading an an AxTrax Mp3 file?
Here are the basics: .mp3 is a compressed file format used for audio files
Even so, these are very large files – 3MB & up. 3 megabytes, that would be 3 million bytes or 3 thousand kilobytes. The files are so big because they are of good quality (128kbit stereo) and need to be for the HypnoDreams to be heard as they should be.
Check if you have enough hard drive space left to download these files!
Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it will take a while to download. It is NOT instant even with T1/DSL/Cable.
Your mp3 link is in your order confirmation email. If you cannot right click and save Target inside your email, then paste the link address into a browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Hit Enter. The browser should give you an option of opening the file or SAVING IT. SAVE IT – don’t Open it in Itunes or other player.
INTERNET EXPLORER – Right click on the file link and “Save Target As” to your hard drive.
MOZILLA FIREFOX – Right click on the file link and “Save Link As” to your hard drive.
*REMEMBER where you save that file!
Some computers try to change the file type by re-naming the extension .mp3 to something else. Don’t let them. If necessary, rename before downloading back to trackname.mp3 or change them back afterwards so that is the name of the file and extension on your computer. If you don’t, audio programmes won’t recognise the file type and say they cannot play them back!
Left clicking will probably launch an inbuilt programme on your computer such as RealAudio. This may play the track successfully (or it may not as it is being directly streamed from our server) but you can’t save the file like that. Which means you can’t listen to it anymore once you have shut down and have to download it all over again. Which is not a good thing … Which is why we suggest you right click and save the file to YOUR computer first.
